RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EBENHOLZ skincare e.K., Auf dem Gesetz 7a, 56075 Stolzenfels) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

For the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;

For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the entrepreneur;

For the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

For the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;

For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Returns
The modalities set out in this section "Returns" are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the section "Instructions for Withdrawal for Consumers."
Customers are requested to report the return to the seller before sending it back (www.ebenholz-skincare.com, +49 (0)261 134 974 0) to announce the return. In this way, they enable the seller to assign the products as quickly as possible.
Customers are requested to send the goods back to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the receipt of dispatch. The seller will reimburse the customer for the postage costs in advance upon request, provided these are not to be borne by the buyer themselves.
Customers are requested to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. The goods should, if possible, be sent back to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the customer's possession, other suitable packaging should be used to provide sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to defective packaging.
